Carried interest or carry is a share of any profits that fund managers or deal sponsors receive as compensation regardless of whether they contribute any initial funds.

The SPVs that Vauban structures have a carry points system. There are always 100 carry points which can be split among individuals or entities that are called Founders of the SPV.

On the dashboard, go to the Investors page and add your carry holders as "Founders" with their respective carry points attribution.

For example, 3 deal sponsors who are charging a 20% carry fee to their SPV could split the carry points equally between them, or any other ratio e.g. 50:25:25 which would determine how much of the 20% carry fee they are individually entitled to.
