To send email reminders to Investors, follow these instructions:

  • select Investors on the left of the page;

  • find the investment Account to which you wish to send the reminder;

  • click on the checkboxes in front of the Accounts to which you wish to send the reminder;

  • click on Email towards the top of the page;

  • select the type of reminder from the drop-down menu at the top right of the page;

    Payment - send payment instructions to investors;

    Payment Reminder - send payment reminder to investors;

    Submit Profile Reminder - send the investors a reminder to submit their compliance questionnaire;

    Submit Investment Reminder - send the investors a reminder to confirm their investments;

  • edit the email as you wish. The text in {{ }} reflect Dashboard variables and should not be changed. These will be automatically populated when sent out click Send.

Note that investors who have not completed the compliance questionnaire will be sent an automatic Submit Profile Reminder every few days.
