After closing a deal there are two more things to keep in mind:

once the payment has been sent to the target, the Lead has to provide Vauban the Sale and Purchase Agreement (or equivalent) for the transaction and the Share Certificate;

the details of the closed deal will then be displayed on the Dashboard;

Vauban will send the investors the investment confirmation notice via email of the closing.
