The structure chart below shows the overall structure of the SPV. The Lead and the Investors are the beneficiaries and the trustee holds the assets of the trust in trust of the beneficiaries.
Governance:
The investors need to take part in the day-to-day management of the SPV. Each of the investors has voting rights and must vote in order for a decision to be reached. The poll feature on the dashboard can be used to get consent from all of the members
