Once you have been approved to invest and signed the subscription agreement documents, you will receive a link to access the payment for your investment in the SPV.

You will be notified by email once the capital call details are shared. You can access the SPV bank account information via the dashboard to set up your wire transfer (see example below). Currently, Vauban only accepts payment via Fedwire transfer to our US SPV bank accounts from US investors. For international payments, we accept Swift payments and for domestic UK payments, we accept UK Faster Payments.

Please note, VAUBAN will not make any payments or take funds on your behalf. All wires must be initiated by the investor and arranged with their bank

If you would like to send funds from a non-US bank account to a US account, you will need to send a transfer via the SWIFT payment rails, and you must use the intermediary banking details provided.
