As the General Partner of the CTV, Vauban acts on behalf of the Founder for the vehicle and its investors.

Per the definition of the CTV's purpose in the LPA, the GP makes decisions and represents the Limited Partners in the CTV for the execution of the investment opportunity, and any of its related activities.

Vauban is delegated with onboarding of investor, opening of the bank account for the CTV, as well as the collection of wire and distribution of funds upon exit.
