In order for the SPVs deployed on Assure to be moved to Vauban, investors are required to confirm their information.
Vauban requires investors to consent to the SPV migration. We also need to confirm your personal and investment data is accurate, so that future tax documents and distributions can be handled.
We're also required to perform some light KYC checks.
Here is what you need to do:
Open the email and hit 'Confirm Your Information:
Look for an email from [email protected] in your inboxes with the subject "[syndicate name] is migrating its SPVs to Vauban"
Set up an account/login and confirm T's and C's:
Click on each SPV you have invested in:
Hit 'Start':
Check the carry is correct.
Specify the name of the investor for this SPV:
This information may be pre-filled for you already.
Check the amount matches your bank statement- the amount should be your Gross Commitment to the SPV- inclusive of all fees.
Complete the KYC questionnaire:
Some or all of your information will have been pre-filled by the Syndicate you invested in already. Please check the information is correct.
You will not be required to sign any investment documents or pay any fees through Vauban.
